Aroma: Bold flavours of freshly ground black pepper, cranberry, blackcurrant and plum.
Palate: A well integrated wine with cranberry following through from the nose, liquorices, green pepper and toast – very drinkable now.
Alc – 14.5% • pH – 3.65 • TA – 5.7 g/l • RS – 2.0 g/l

Tasting Notes
Aroma: Fresh and youthful nose with loads of black cherries, raspberries and black pepper dominating the nose – hints of coffee on the finish.
Palate: Full bodied, with coffee beans and berry fruit following through from the nose. Made in an elegant style to drink now.
Alc – 14.5% • pH – 3.69 • TA – 5.5 g/l • RS – 2.8 g/l
